Lately, everywhere I turn, the message is the same: Pace yourself...Breathe!
As spiritual workers, we have understood that one of our job in this world is to become a force of sharing like the Light force behind this universe: a call inviting us to become a 'good-doer'.
Unfortunately, for many it might soon become the more sophisticated (even though more altruistic) life of a 'go-getter', involved in an ever ending race to do more, and which might eventually cause us to feel breathless.(to say the least)
Once again, we might have made the mistake to turned into a human...Doing, rather than a human Being.
If that's so, now is a good time to pause, to give ourselves a hug and JUST BE the love, the peace, the light we want to see!
