" The Light/Love, one reveals will keep on rippling endlessly for the whole world to experience" IF.

Dear Karen, from all the days of the year, today is the one your soul chose to transition, a day to seat and reflect what hate for no reasons can cause, but also a day that has the potential to help us rise from the ground and let the sun shine forever. karen means a 'ray of light'. How significant is it that your soul has elevated in the month of the Leo Sun,(what you have been and will continue to be for many) to reunite with your soulmate...and so 2 become 1

No matter who we are or what we do, we're all seeking to experience fulfillment which often transcribe in our mind as to be seen, loved and appreciated.

Indeed, it doesn't matter if we think we are less than a nano speck of light or a mega powerhouse, each one of us matter, and wants to know that.

And while there is no doubt that the divine force is always trying to let us know it, (which we must learn to accept as an irrevocable truth). We all can act as messenger for each other, so that truth can anchored itself in our mind without living any doubt.

The human mind is such a complex, multilayered 'entity'.
It is the arena of every thought, action, memory, feeling and experience of the world.
Whoever understands it and knows how to control it, masters the universe.
Therefore, the hot question is: "Are you certain that you're the one in charge?"
Each day take a pause (or many) to ask questions. Are your beliefs really yours? Even if the answer is yes, ask yourself who have you listened to lately? What is their own true hidden agenda? We all know from literature to cinematography that the best place for darkness to hide is in plain sight, like the wolf in grandma's clothes ready to jump on his next prey.
Moreover, how do you determine the truth about someone? Follow the yellow brick road...

The equation is actually pretty simple:
You React, You Lose!
Once we let our emotions take over, our inner power is compromised.
Indeed, we must keep in mind that:
"We can illuminate the darkness or be swallowed up by it".
Which one it will be, is determined by our ability to Stop, Think and Breathe.
Think of it this way: Darkness is like a blending machine, it will smash everything into grey mush, unless we learn to master our inner universe, our own light and darkness, and learn to project beyond our physical body, all the while remaining in 'One Peace', still and loving.

Bonjour Friends,
Did it ever happen to you, to be missing something like a set of keys, searching everywhere for it, including the table where they were all along?
In psychology, we call it :"A lapsus", an 'involuntary' mistake, which is known to actually express a truth from our psyche. In that case: What we are seeking has been right in front of us.
The time we are in, is a cosmic opening for us to finally look at ourselves, our lives, our world and see what we have been missing but done wrong.(no blame here, in this life we are still learning! )
When the world out there, become scary and distant although all we want is to be loved and belong, we must look at the world within.
Now, is the time to nourish our consciousness, mind, body and soul with healthy food, to set our intention and visualize a more loving and empathic reality and breathe deeply in and out with gratitude for too often we're taking life for granted.
Life is a journey which leads us back to our divine home, our souls know the way, let's finally listen to it, express its essence and get there in One Peace.

Bonjour Friends,

Following is a story that you might want to read and share, if you or someone you know has built (most likely without realizing it) a spiritual fortress around their heart , keeping 'rules and routines' to preserve their 'peace'.
Long ago there was a great sage, which people would consult for all types of advice and healings.
One day, two men came to visit him at the same time.
One was only there to please his wife, his heart hardened by his laboring and financial struggles. while the other was a devoted man who has been suffering from a serious case of arthritis, without ever complaining.
After meeting with them, the sage asked his assistant to deliver them a note with his recommendations. To the one struggling financially, he said to chop wood for 3 days which will make him very rich, to the other he gave a special lotion to massage with.
Unfortunately, the assistant who got distracted swapped the messages.
Now, long story short, after 3 days, the angry man gave up rubbing his fingers and was angrier than before, while the other man with the awful case who had managed to chop trees during this time was completely healed!
There are many tools infused with divinity, which all can help us improve our lives, but nothing like an grateful open heart and simple faith for the Divine to turn any rock into gold. Alchemy of the Soul.

Doesn't it seem that life often challenges us, precisely at the heart of our deepest wishes, seemingly preventing us to see what our eyes long to see, and feel what our heart craves to feel?
Remember, it's a master mind game! We must train our brain to see it, as being inside a maze. It might feel long, hard,unfair, lonely, but we certainly know that there is an exit somwhere and so whether we get there or not, we will not doubt or give up. Bonjour Friends,
Some receive inspiration to write songs, music, recipes...I get 'messages'. They are about: Life, People, Consciousness,The Divine...which I sum up as:' Love & Light'.
This 'writting adventure' actually started back in 2009, when I realized I was getting all those uploads between private sessions, and needed an outlet to express and share them. This is how IC by Ilanit (C Life through a spiritual I) the blog and Fb page were created.
Now, 11 years later, while what I say might not be new, 'only me' can sound my way, which might resonnate with you, your friends or somebody out there.
Therefore, don't hesitate to share.
In life, we never know the ripple effect of one simple action or intention: "The Butterfly Effect' can change lives.
My desire is to simply do my share in this world, to help us get closer with our higher self, one another, and to be unified with The Divine.

Bonjour Friends,
A few weeks ago, I was unexpectedly guided to delve into a new tool for spiritual elevation and mind over matter living,
To my regular yoga practice, I have added cold shower therapy and breath work following 'The Wim Hof Method' aka The Iceman.
Beside the many benefits I already started to experience--higher energy level, clarity of the mind, deeper soul awarness--one of the biggest surprise was to realize how good it feels to challenge yourself and experience new levels of consciousness.
Now, even though I don't think of myself as such, I was reminded that I am not a novice when it comes to push the bondaries of the physical body to experience the superpower of the mind and soul.
I did run marathons, had three natural births in water only using self-hypnosis, and took on yoga when I didn't have an ounce of flexibility in my bones.
However, as a friend of mine pointed at: "I am driven."
Funny! I would have never thought to use this expression to describe myself, but I can see how that is true.
Every part of me is animated with this inner fire to experience life to it's full spiritual expression and even more to awaken and support others on this path to reconnect with the divine.

By elevating our counsciousness, and tapping into the power of the mind (nourished by love, always!!!!), we can eventually access the creativity of our soul and limitless force of the divine. Delving into such teachings, actually reveals that the ultimate cause of chaos or dis-eases is separation and lack of harmony.

Bonjour Friends,
Doesn't it seem that things were much simpler before, when we didn't have such easy access to loads of 'mis'information?
Good/Bad, Healthy/ Unhealthy, Real/Fake, Truth/Lies...???
Today, the line between opposite forces have become greatly blurry and confusing.
In this mixed multitudes mess, what has been left unadulterated?
What can we remain certain about?
When we are roaming in a world where we don't know anymore what or who to trust, what to or not to do? Is there anything left that can protect us and save the world?
From the beginning, through it all, til the end,(whatever the end really mean),LOVE is the everlasting unifying agent that we can still access freely, (assuming we haven't sacrificed this divine attribute, on some strange altar).
Reality might have turned into being a complete illusion, but ....
As long as I can Love, I have faith in my dream: The Light will shine!

Bonjour Friends,

This week, kids and families all around 'homes/schools', are invited to use their creative mind to express gratitude for their teachers (which also extend to other people who influence their lives in a positive way). Doing so with my youngest daughter, actually reminded me of "The Letter writer", a movie I greatly enjoyed watching few years ago. A story reminding us, how a simple note filled with words of encouragement, love and kindness, even given to a stranger, can affect someone's life far beyond words!
For years, I have been blessed to receive messages to inspire others, which truly has no price.
Moreover today,I thought was a beautiful day to shout out a little louder than usual: Thank You, or as I would say Bachuch Hachem!
It might be also an auspicious time, for whoever feels incline to it, to express gratitude, love or support by extending it to someone who might tremendously need it, at this time.
Wishing for each one of you, to know that you matter, you are cherished and loved.
So, be strong and let your unique and beautiful light shine.
