C Life through a Spiritual I : LEMONS

Bonjour Friends,

With their bright yellow colors, LEMONS are rich in minerals and vitamins C, and can be used in the treatment of numbers of ailments.
Making tea out of lemon's juice, honey, cinnamon and ginger is one of my favorite, it helps soothe the throat during a cold and fortifies the immune system any time of the day.
Lemon water with some salt, on another hand helps detox, refresh the blood, and reinforce the heart.
Drinking lemon water, first thing in the morning gives the skin and eyes an healthy and bright look and when applied on the skin for about 15min it helps reduces skin discolorations and signs of aging.
Lastly, leaving lemons outside around the house, for our soul 'to see and smell' is known to help awaken joy in the heart, like the warmth of a sunny summer day.
May we all appreciate more each day, the beauty of creation and remember that whenever life throw at us lemons, all we need to do is to make lemonade This was 'C Life through a Spiritual I'.

Bonjour Friends,

Nicknamed 'The Queen of fruits', APPLES are not only delicious but extremely beneficial for our health. In the old days, slices of apple were placed into wine for it was known to help reduce intoxication and apple cider vinegar, which is now becoming famous again, was known to help with the digestive and intestinal system, and worked wonder on detoxing the Liver as well. 
 Often mentioned in the Bible, APPLE or Tapouach in Hebrew carry a spiritual secret in its name: When its letters are rearranged it spells the word Patouach or 'OPEN'. Therefore, when eating apples , one should meditate to not only connect to the virtue available to strengthen its body but also its mind and soul, for apples are carrying a spark of Light able to unlock blockages. And so,as it said: 'One apple a day, will help keep the doctor away!"

2017, is here!
A time, where most people are Wishing, Praying, Dreaming for new beginnings and blessings, and although it is a natural thing to do, let me share few secrets to see all of the above come true!
The numerology for 2017 is 1, but not 'any one'! 10/1.
And here what everybody should know! This year more than ever to see changes we must take the lead and 'be the change'! 2017 is the beginning of a new cycle where each individual can become the creator of its destiny...but of course one need to have the courage to embrace who he truly is: a beacon of The Light Force, a grain of sand on the beach of life, and therefore  2017 is about remaining humble as well! Yes ! we can achieve anything but we must remember to walk hand and hand with The Light Force and Be like the Divine! 2017/10/1 is like a wheel, where with the right consciousness what is down can go up but also the opposite is true. May we all rise up to our true self and finally live in a flawless Reality of Love & Light.
