The equation is actually pretty simple:
You React, You Lose!
Once we let our emotions take over, our inner power is compromised.
Indeed, we must keep in mind that:
"We can illuminate the darkness or be swallowed up by it".
Which one it will be, is determined by our ability to Stop, Think and Breathe.
Think of it this way: Darkness is like a blending machine, it will smash everything into grey mush, unless we learn to master our inner universe, our own light and darkness, and learn to project beyond our physical body, all the while remaining in 'One Peace', still and loving.
