Most people know, (although nobody likes it!), that to not just lose weight but keep it off, one must make a fundamental change in its relation to food, same is true with any other self-destructive patterns and reactive behaviors.
To get Light-er, one must educate the body to follow a 'Light diet", being disciplined about it, and with perseverance, see a new self revealed!
