Two individuals are experiencing the exact same situation. While one is blissful, the other one is full of all types of negative feelings. What is the difference?
Consciousness.

It is easy to understand why we shouldn't talk bad of someone that did us a favor but...talking negatively of someone you have helped, (whatever the reasons) is like the French would say 'Spitting in your own soup"! Don't lose the immense blessings you earned, they're far more greater than what you might have given away.When we share, we actually receive!

How do you measure success? Is it by the money you make, the honors you receive, and/or the power you have? 
If as It says:"Nothing is permanent or even belong to us" what then remains? The lives you changes via the love you shared.. Love is the key, the goal, the way...The ultimate reward forever & always!!!

When one gets bombard with negativity, such as having someone yelling, cursing, making heavy critics at them, let's think of it as been handed a hot potato! 
Now, even though our human instincts will make us want to throw it back,(either at them or someone else) remember that you can choose to not play that game! Just drop it, til the fire cools down and save yourself from getting burnt.

While the negative effect of some emotionally charged encounters can be solve simply using the power of the mind (via Breathing, Centering, Meditative and/or Positive thinking techniques), some others might request the involvement of our whole being.
Singing at the top of our lungs while doing silly dance moves, Reaching for the sky by jumping on a trampoline are a few ways to help speed up one's own vibe to help remove such clinging negative emotions. 
So, find your own move, expand your Aura & "Shake it off!"

Much like the apprentices of the old days, one doesn't need a diploma from a famous university to excel in Life. Indeed, one only needs:
To follow basic divine teachings, 
Listen to the passion of his heart, 
Use his hands to work and share. 
Doing so, he must remember to be grateful for the opportunity he received to serve, and know without any doubt that his spiritual bank account is getting loaded with billions of endless blessings. 
By leaving with such a consciousness, one will soon discover that it is the key to True Prosperity and Endless Happiness.
