Revealed or Concealed, Fast or Slow, Obvious or Subtle.... Changes,(whether we like it or not) are constantly taking places inside and outside ourselves.
Now, although we have learned that those changes are part of the plan to take us closer to the upgraded version of ourselves, there is one thing we all can do to feel more in control and, it is: "To be the cause rather than the effect!"
Let's choose to change by continuously reinventing ourselves rather than being forced to change.
