Message of the day #4 2/16

Bonjour Friends,


Although his body might feel soar at first, an athlete knows that once he pushes through and keep on practicing, the pain will go away.
Same is true with our spiritual workout:
Don't let discomfort stop you, your soul will forever be grateful for it!

Indeed, some days, pain such as sadness, anger or simply boredom are preventing us from exercising our soul, and although from time to time, it is legitimate to take the moment to feel this pain, one should never hold onto it for too long, for it prevents his soul to: "Love & Share the Light' for it is her purpose and at the same time the solution to all her sorrow.

Think of a time you did push through that pain bringing you down and how you felt afterward.
And, then make a mental post it of it!
